   b. Switzerland leister heating device is equipped for cup body and bottom sealing , bottom   are heated at first before they are feeding , thus improving heating effect and helping guarantee

 knurling .

  C. Photoelectric failure-detecting system is available. PLC control system for the whole bowl          forming process. Servo control to send bottom paper of bowl, deliver bottom when bowl             body come, otherwise no bottom delivery.

           d. The only machine use cam and gear transmission, no any chain in China. Optional with             detection system which auto-divide good and bad paper bowls.
